The Federal Home Loan Bank - Affordable Housing Program (FHLB-AHP) provides funding to help make housing affordable for households at or below 80 percent of median income. The program provides direct subsidies, grants, and loans, and can be used for single- and multi-family housing, new construction, and rehabilitation. FHLB-AHP funds are competitive and have been utilized by RACF in the past to compliment the Homeowner Rehabilitation Program. Recently, RACF submitted an application for FHLB-AHP funding to support the newly developed Homebuyer Assistance Program.
