Restoration of the Flatiron Building, Brownsville Borough.

This project involved the restoration of the Flatiron Building in the Borough of Brownsville, Fayette County, which currently houses the Flatiron and Frank L. Melega Art Museums and the Flatiron Café. Working in partnership with the Brownsville Area Revitalization Committee (BARC) and several other local, state, and federal agencies, the Authority successfully administered a $458,300 Redevelopment Capital Assistance Project (RACP) grant for the project.
