This program provides funding to develop and strengthen local community planning and management capabilities. Funding through this program supports the preparation of comprehensive land use plans, local ordinances, and other planning documents designed to evaluate and address the needs of local communities. RACF will utilize LUPTAP funding to support the development of a County-Wide Housing Market Analysis, working in cooperation with the Fayette County Housing Consortium and local municipalities.
